Has anybody seen the New Cars in concert?
I am planning on going later this month but would like to know how they compare to the original band with Rick Okasek. I think they should be good as 2 original members remain and Todd Rungren is great, but it was Ricks voice that made their sound so original. Thanks and rock on

I haven't really been keeping up on news but I thought the lead guitarist had been injured. I'm not surprised Ocasek declined to re-form the band since he knows the late Ben Orr sang many of the band's best songs. I'd go if I thought they'd also be doing some of Todd's best songs like "Piss Aaron", "Black Maria", "Heavy Metal Kids" and "Izzat Love?"
