There are little specks on my CDs that I haven't listened to in awhile, is there anything I can do about them
I really want to listen to them but they skip because of these little specks.

Yeah, go to Best Buy or Office Depot and get this product called the DISC Doctor, it fixes scratches and specks and helps the CD from skipping. It really works great. Sometimes even some deep scratches and since you only have specks, this product will surely do the job.
