I am looking for the full-on deal. My birthday is in December, so I need to get planning. What are some unique party themes? Where are the best places to have the party? I have looked at the websites, but I want more ideas! I have a DJ and a Henna tattoo artist, but I really need more, but on a budget. PLEASE LEND ME IDEAS!!!

oooh the henna is going to rock!!!! awesome. make sure you get glitter on those henna designs and maybe how about some glitter tattoos? that's fun ! I think you don't need to overload it or your friends will have too much to do.
