I'm trying to install a program for VBA and well it installs but I don't know what file to put games into I want pokemon orange and shiny gold but I don't know how to install them into the VBA

Install? You don't have to install anything! You only need a ROM and the patches for Fire Red rom you find there in the WAH. Here is a thread explaining how to run these games: http://www.pkmncommunity.com/showthread....
In the VBA, just click file-open and select the rom!
