What are those guitar picks called that use an electric current to play a note on a string?
I went to a concert recently and the artist was using an "electric" guitar pick that made noise on the string by using an electric current - I was just wondering if anyone knew what they were called... thanks -J2k

i think your talking about a ebow (energy bow). it can do alot more than sustain the note, it mimics violin, cello, flute and trumpet sounds. a bit bulky to deal with at first but fun to use.
