How much are magic doubles paid, and what kind of agreement are they bound to?

I am just watching all of these Criss Angel magic revealed clips on Youtube, and it is just crazy to see all of the people that he uses for his tricks. (to make it seem like they are real)

If anyone has ever played a part in someone's magic trick, I am wondering how much you were paid and what kind of agreement there is not to reveal the magician's trick.

My son filmed a segment with Criss Angel a few months ago and we were invited to come. Although this was through the talent agency, we did not receive any pay, nor did we know what was going to happen before or at any time during the taping. I had no idea what my son was going to do and he was pretty shy and I was very nervous. We also did not know anything about Criss Angel before we went there.

I was surprised that the taping was pretty quick, even with all the kids doing one-on-one interviews with him. Watching (there were other people watching off-camera), we had no way to find out how they did the trick more so than anyone else so we did not have any agreement. The only agreement we signed was so that they could use my son, etc. I think Criss Angel is so talented.
