I don't know how to get one directly from there, but try finding the video on youtube.com. If it's on youtube, go to the video and copy the url. Then go to vixy.net and paste the copied url into the space provided and push "start."
Vixy converts the video to a downloadable version, which you must then download to your computer. I would suggest making the video into an "AVI for Windows," which should be the default choice, but you can choose whatever file type you're comfortable with.
P.S. Be patient! Sometimes it converts very quickly, but sometimes it takes quite a while.
