Do i have to watch the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean and Oceans 12 in order to wa!

Do i have to watch the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean and Oceans 12 in order to watch the 3rd ones?

I want to watch Pirates of the Caribbean and Oceans 13 at the cinema but i have only seen the first ones - do i have to watch the 2nd ones or will i be able to just 'get' the 3rd ones? Also is Oceans 13 out yet?

not sure about oceans 13, but you do with POTC i've not seen the 3rd one yet but the 1st two were great and there is a story which runs through them so make sure you start at the begining...enjoy
