Are concert tickets non-refundable?
Answers:
yeah, most are. But if I end up not being able to go to a concert, I sell 'em. Usually for about 10 or 20 dollars less than what I bought them for. It's kinda like flushing a 20 dollar bill down the toilet, but if you can find someone who will buy for the same price you did, more power to you.
