Is the tone of the 3 single coil pickups in my Fender Strat different because of!

Is the tone of the 3 single coil pickups in my Fender Strat different because of the position or the pickup?

i/e if i put the same pickup in all 3 positions,will the sound be different or the same?

Same pickup, Different location=Different tone
same reason the tone is different when you strum at the frets than when you strum at the bridge
