Do you use Charter Cable for internet service, t.v., or phone service? What do you think of them?

I signed up for their big package today and in retrospect, I have to wonder if I agreed simply because they have a good sales person working in their office.

Is $120 a good deal for the three-way package or not? Will I get good service, do you think?

Answers: I have all three service and I'm very happy with it. I like only paying one company instead of three and the service has been great so far. I got my phnoe service in July.
Ruthiebear i have cable and internet through them and they both work fine and u get video on demand.the customer service people are usually alot nicer now too.back in the day it sucked hard. Charter now has a great customer service for Internet problems and TV connection problems and the agent from across the boarder has a very sexy voice. Sorry, I don't use that company. Not available here. Cox Cable, Quest Service is all we have to choose from and they are about the same price.
