If you go to a rave, you have no say over what the decorations, music, or food will be. me personally would have a party, be/c going to a rave is a really good time, but not for your b-day...you should have a party for your b-day instead Part-Tay! It's better because you're in control, you'll know everyone, and you can always got to a rave...
