In a light tight room from where light cannot escape, when you turn off the light bulb, where does the light that filled the room go?

Answers: it would just turn off like any other electrical appliance,, eg...

in a noisy tight room from where sound cannot ecscape, when you turn off the radio where does the sound go that filled the room? The light is created by the glow from the light bulb once this is extinguished the light or glow will also go. Surfaces absorb light. That's how colours happen. I like the light tight room, in spite of it being light tight it might fight its way through the wall all within my inward caving head
