You can heck out the Now That's What I Call Music series; they edit all of the songs on there before selling them. High School Musical or High School Musical 2 are always pretty safe bets. Actually, a pretty good place to get ideas would be Radio Disney. I'm not sure what station it would be around you, but I know in Houston, it's AM 1590. Their website is http://radio.disney.go.com/. Everything they play on that station is appropriate for kids, and it's actual music, not just nursery rhymes and stuff.
