Does anyone listen to classical music anymore?!


Question: most of the the music being listened to today are rock, pop, "emo", and the whatnot. well i see some people still buying the piano but after a few weeks or so, it just decomposes. but im just wondering.

Oh, yes! Life would be MISERABLE without classical music -- it's really the only true music left anymore. Everything these days is so over-produced and generic that it all runs together and morphs into this generic trash heap.

But to hear Chopin, Mozart, DeBussy, et.al, is just LIFE! It's REAL, and cannot be outdone!

Yep...it is always a delight...very good to study to.
Classical music is obviously not so mainstream anymore, and any high school student probably wouldn't be caught dead with a Mozart in his ipod. I happen to like classical music, mostly because I play the piano. I'd try to play more modern pieces but very few are as striking as the classical ones. I admit I can't exactly shake my head to classical music, though.
yes. But because of the different genres of music the "classical" music may have become outdated for some. Sometimes classical touch is incorporated in some genres of music. Thats they way the flow goes.
