It appears to be a standard size guitar.
It is full size. But i doubt that this is an "full" guitar. The best thing you will find in this pricerange is an guitar that you put on a wall.
The tremolo will drive you nuts. I swear. And the frets will cut off your fingers. Spend a little more money and go to the neares musicstore.
With such a thing you will never enjoy playing music.
Edit: Especially when you want to learn it is VERY important to invest a FEW bucks more. Learning itself can be very frustrating sometimes.
At these moments it is helpful to have a nearly right equipment. There are so many parts of a guitar that can be wrong. Look for a yamaha or ibanez. Even the used ones on ebay. They have good entry-class models. And learning will be fun.
Look for forums in which guitar players are and ask the same question. Most of them will tell you the same thing i did.
