Question: So I work in a law firm and love my job I am a bilingual receptionist and my boss is a great man love the guy! But yesterday I had some secretary called me a ***** cause I didn’t take the mail out form last night (I didn’t go to work I was sick someone forgot to take it out.So I explain to her but she was so mean she was red!!!! I told her that if she had personal problems to please don’t take it out at me. This happen yesterday and Monday she yelled at her boss can you believes that? after I asked to dont take it out at me she turned around and said: what ever B itch my
Before this issue she send me a phone slip telling how to do my job it said I had to answer phones take messages and send it to my boss so I am like what is she talking about that’s all I do all day! I did ask what was it about and she told me that
I have only 1 month and a half . Boss knows whats going on everyone know.

You need to tell your boss that those working conditions are unacceptable. You will not tolorate being called names and put down while you are working....
yeah, I agree. She doesn't have a right to berate you for no reason. Tell your boss the working conditions are not good and that if things don't change quickly, you will have to leave. No one deserves to be treated like that!
