In the US, our clocks go back 1 hour the first Sunday in November.....Spring forward, fall back.....extra sleep!!!!
Clocks in Uk are going back 1 hour at 2am on Sunday morning and the only way it will affect me is,i'll have an extra hour to play with during the day

The calendar says November 4th and we fall back an hour.
Now that I've gotten the partying from out of my system, it doesn't effect me at all. Now my poor body can heal. I suggest we all take a healing. Good for the soul.

my clock will be going back 1hr, this means i have to work an 11hr night shift instead of 10hrs, we do get paid the extra hour though so its not to bad. normall someone is late for their early shift on the sunday morning, i end up ringing them and the excuse is they forgot to alter their clock or did it the wrong way.
i think it will effect YOU if you put your clock 2 hours foward, everyone is putting theirs back by 1 hour
