i don't eat but i do have drink and a ciggie 3am really its like alarm clock then the rest of night up and down for going to the loo

my husband does all the time. I don't though, I get up and drink a glass of water. Then in an house get up and pee. and then again. and again. I can't seem to break this cycle...i get dehydrated.

Isn't it strange that when you wake up in the night you feel you have just GOT to have something to eat!! I do this too, tried to stop, but the urge is just too compelling!!!
