Ok I just checked that site out and for one thing it looks awesomeeeeeeeee LOL XD
It looks pretty safe to me, there are some proper dodgy sites you should steer clear of, but that doesn't look like one - it seems to quite a proffesional looking page, not created by someone who was in a hurry lolz.
Just make sure that when you're ordering your product at the bottom of the page along that white bar there should be a little padlock icon which indicates whether or not the site is secure, and will be with your details.
Yes, I ordered some lensed for Halloween. They were prompt in sending them and I love my lenses. No Problems from the order.
