Buying a 61 weighted-key keyboard.?!
Question: Does anyone have any suggestions for me to buy a 61 weighted-key keyboard? I'm looking to pay between $160-$250. Idk why, but I'd really rather learn to play on a keyboard with weighted keys, but I'm having trouble finding one that's not a midi controller or an 88 key $500+ keyboard.

I dont' think there are 61 key weighted keyboards. The smallest ones should be at least 76 keys. An M-Audio Pro Keys X76 is about $400, is 76 keys and semi-weighted action, but is a midi controller with no sounds...
I'd suggest you trying to find on ebay something like a Korg SP-100. Is a 88key weighted keyboard with no speakers or stand, and have a bunch of keyboard sounds. Hope you can find one of these within your budget, have luck!
