Anyone else given up on Most Haunted?!
Question: Every time they do a "Live" show I say I'm going to watch it and every time i just end up losing interest because nothing happens.
Its just a load of Yvette screaming, "f*ck what was that ahhhhh!", David Wells babbling about "Astrals" (not as funny as Derek getting "possessed"!), a few orbs, someone feeling sick and a ouija board.
Yawn.
Its still on but I'm answering on here instead . .

Yvette does get on my nerves with her screaming. I mean, she wants things to happen & when they do she is terrorfied.
omg, you practically read my mind,
me and my friend were so excited to watch the winchester house one and we ended falling asleep on her couch cause nothing happend, im like wow, what a waste of time.
i have. Most haunted is boring, i used to like it but all it is, is screaming and going "what woes that!!!" like something actually was there.

Well only mystic-heads would expect anything to happen, considering supernatural mumbo-jumbo doesn't exist in reality.
I'm with you there I used to love this program but it's been getting awful sour so I no longer watch it, boy I too can remember that time Derek got "possesed" that was great viewing!!

To me, Most Haunted just seems so fake. Not to mention they scream there heads off at everything. I prefer watching Ghost Hunters on SciFi as they seem far more professional and scientific about Ghost Hunting.
i watched it for the first time the other day and well i scare easily but i though it was a big fake
It is boring when it goes on and on like that. I still like the show.... but you are right about that 7 hour joke. I saw a good one the other night where they were in a 400 year old house and the stairs creaked and there was a dog that growled and barked , also both psychics gave very similar readings and also there was some audible moaning. I hate when they show possessions, I am not a big believer in that, they did have one possession during that episode, blah, blah blah. Oh, and I hate, I mean HATE the seances. That is the most unrealistic part of the whole show.
I think it's all an act.
i recon your best to go ghost hunting yourself. its more fun. i must admit i would love! to find a few like minded people and form a little club to go out to variouse places. be great! to see for yourself.
i loved the first 4 series of Most Haunted, but kind of lost interest once Derek left... u are right - his getting possessed used to be entertaining, if not downright funny at times... i think the last Live Most Haunted that i really enjoyed was the one at Pendle Hill... that must be going back about 3 years now. i used to like watch Yvette getting freaked out - made me laugh. lol. u would have thought that she would be used to the dark and creaky old houses by now !
i sometimes still watch it, but not on a regular basis anymore.
