Roll out some puff pastry, place in suitable pie dish, forming a barrier at sides. Line with baking paper for easy removal. Blanch some v small broccoli pieces and drain. Fry some chopped bacon. Place broccoli and bacon in pastry case. whip up 2-3 eggs and some milk like when you make scrambled egg. season with salt and pepper but bear in mind the bacon will add some salt too. pour egg mixture over bacon and broccoli and bake for about 15 mins at 200 C until its cooked. Refer to pastry packaging for guidelines.
