I had the 300 model for awhile and found it had too many sounds to actually really use. I am an old rocker from the 70s and although technology has really improved a bunch, I still like the seperate pedals for what I want....all hooked up to a Cry Baby wah pedal. No, you really can't put multiple effects into the 200 or 300, but the wah part will either intensify the effect you have chosen or be used as a volume control.
