Do you think Madonna will be succesful?!
Question: Madonna's new CD is said to be released in March 2008, in her last CD she was into dance and disco. Her new CD will have more Hip-Hop and R&B inspired beats. She tried that in 1995 and was successful, but times have changed and so has the targeted audience. She has tried many things and seems to be successful, but I don't know if the same will happen with this new CD. Do you think she'll be able to pull it off?

I think she will pull it off. I grew up listening to her & loved most if not all of her music.
It's part of her style to do something different, so I don't think her fans will be disappointed if she does something different for her 2008 cd. I think that's the main reason she's been so successful, she's not afraid to do something different or unexpected.

Madonna's awesome. The whole CD might not sell but the good songs will. She's like Marilyn Monroe. A total cultural icon. Plus she keeps reinventing herself and keeps up with the times.
I love Madonna. I'm sure that she doesn't give a rats *** what we think of her... Even if it tanks, she still has enough money to do whatever she wants the rest of her life. I wish her continued success. We'll see...
I think the only thing she knows how to pull off are her clothes.
Whether or not people know it Madonna is always successful. She just signed the highest paid contract ever for that new CD and tour. No one has ever gotten near the amount of money she did.
She is resourceful and a self made musician who finally is in the stage of her life where she can do and sing what is affecting her the most. She's not out after a targeted office, she her own woman doing her own thing.
Apparently the record company that paid her the highest contract ever for a CD thinks so!!!

i just think she should forget about the whole comeback thing because its not worth it!
people have changed - their into different things now - like me - when i was younger i maybe liked madonna and britney spears and all that pop star girly stuff but now i'm a teen i am into all emo/punk/rock/hardcore rock stuff and it is an obsession - i used to wear all pink stuff but now its all skinny jeans, dark make up and band tops and vans/dcs!
unless madonna can become an emo i son't think she will ever be big again - she is also too thin in ma opinion! she looks haggard.

Madonna can pull anything off!!! Sometimes I wonder why.....but she does!
She has alot of older gay following that will keep her afloat. They have the money to spend on her tours which cost about an arm and a leg, since they have no children to save for (college fund) or pay for. They kept Donna Summer afloat until she bad mouthed them and when she tried to ask them to forgive her and get their voting dollars back they had Modanna, which knows who has money to spend and she targets them with much vigor since they also do have some of the biggest club scenes in all the major cities where so will undoubtedly make thousands of new coverts to her music with the younger gay community.. Her marketing is genious.
