No. The Lord of the Rings films were based on the books, of which there are 3. There is no more story for them to make, unless they made it up.
There MIGHT be a film of the Hobbit, another of Tolkien's stories that came before LOTR.
And I s'pose it's possible that they could do a film of the Silmarillion.
Well only if Tolkien is brought back from the dead.
