Give them a nice little decoration to put on their wall or something :) like a pretty and NICE sounding windchime or a little photo frame, or a pot plant :) something little and pretty!

i suggest buying some kind of flower/plant for the home. try purchasing something exotic..that way you'll know the person doesnt already have it. it's a nice gesture..plus, it will brighten up the new home in any room.
