Am I the only person that thinks the Judge in the Britney Spears case is an idio!
Question: Has anyone else noticed that in order to get her compliance he's using the kids? It just seems to me that they guy who is responsible for the fate of those children is as irresponsible as anybody involved in the case. There are so many other ways to punish contempt that using the children should be the last thing he even thinks about, if ever. To me its just totally wrong to take away the children from their home, then allow them back and then take them away again and on and on. That just causes absolute chaos in their little worlds. I'm not defending her as a mother. She's made mistakes and been irresponsible no doubt. In fact I don't even know if they should live with her or not.

i agree he isnt teaching her anything about being a good parent and frankly there should be a gag order..she has some issues but how is anything in her life normal ...every mistake she makes is magnified beyond all normalcy..i dont think its fair to her or her children and unfortunately those are the only two innocent people involved
It is my understanding that once she lost custody, the only thing that he has changed has been her visitation rights. K-Fed is still the primary guardian.
She is out of control and needs to undergo mandatory drug testing before she is allowed to lobby for even partial custody at this point.
She seems very unfit to be the childrens guardian at this point. What else can the judge really do to make her understand? She doesnt have a license, and a fine would be completely pointless. Placing her in jail would be even worse for the childrem

Doesn't seem to me that he needs to be removed or censured (not censored). He's given a list of criteria that need to be met to ensure that she is a fit parent. If she will not meet those criteria, then it would be pretty negligent to leave the children in that environment.
