What's up with today's mainstream industry?!
Question: I'm sick and tired of seeing repetitive rap lyrics that totally suck, rock that is just rock, and pop that tells you that you have to be glamourous in order to become popular. I feel that the music industry has reached an all-time low, and it's really upsetting to see its sales go down because of it's lack of creativity.

I totally agree with your point. You should actually try looking into the underground bands that still have meaning in their lyrics. Or just the simple bands that are just doing what they do best. It sucks because I always talk about how you can't even call music music anymore. Nobody seems to believe me and that I am taking it to far, but someone has to say it... it's good to know that I am not the only one that feels this way.
meh.....then dont listen too it....listen to showtunes instead
