Why is it legal to download mp3 players?!
Question: I do not and will not own a mp3 player. However, the sites say download to mp3 player. If it is legal for mp3's, why not dvds?

mp3s are legal for personal use and not for distribution. therefore, using mp3s with handy mp3 players are legal. anyhow, mp3s or dvds are both ripped from original cds and uploaded for downloads. this is illegal.

know how much it costs to make CDs and ship em out and stuff? those music companies rather sell through internet.
but if you mean the sharing sites then it is a little trouble though you can`t prevent a person from giving out stuff like a gift, can you?

Well first you have a PC...you have a MP3 player. You can download movies. You have to pay for them the same as you do for MP3 songs. You can download both for free using Limewire ar an assortment of Bit Torents but you run a very high rick of getting virus's and malware loaded . Lime wire come with crap installed when you download it.
