Surely poodles have naturally curly fur..................it cant be straightened.
Please DO NOT even try to do this! I can see an absolute DISASTER if not something worse happening if you try!
Your pup might have some mats/tangles in it's fur. If you just try to brush them out, it will cause your pup to cry out. They feel the pain of tangled fur just like we do. Try taking it to a groomer and have them give it a nice washing and brushing then, follow up with a daily brushing yourself. They have all kinds of "product" for dogs with curly coats.
You might even concider having its fur shaved in a poodle fashion.
