There is no rabies in the UK. But you do need to get a tetanus shot.
Animals in the UK (or city of england?!) don't have rabies.

There is no cure for rabies and it can take up to a year to present. If you think you may have come in contact with a rabid animal you need to go and complete the shots so you don't get it. I believe you need to get them very soon if they are to work. A rabid animals will most always have some symptoms unless they have not yet been affected by it themselves.
