Inspector Gadget! We did it for a dance routine and it worked really good! It sounded very goofy and you could hear things breaking and crashing and all of those silly cartoon noises! Hope I helped! =)
just look up cartoon sound effects on google, and you should get some good links to sites with funny cartoon effects and music
