in vegas you can't go 1 foot in any direction without tripping over a stripper. any of them can direct you. otherwise get online. some will travel, but houston has plenty of strippers too...
If you are Millionaire, you can have it done.
Look under "escort service" or "entertainers" in the yellow pages - one of those groups may be able to dress some up for you. Maybe call a house of ill repute right across the border in Nevada, they probably get that request a lot. You might find costumes online, but I bet they are pricey.
