Does anyone have experience with the sites that sell DVDs of shows that haven’t !
Question: For example, Judging Amy has not been released at all on DVD as CBS and Fox cannot agree on a deal. There are at least 4 sites selling boxed sets of all 6 seasons. tvaddicts.tv, dvdplanet.org (that’s org not com), dvddonkey.com and dvdavenue.tv. They say they are exactly as shown on TV and are formatted region free. I’m wondering how this can be legal. The prices are actually really good but I’m concerned about ordering from a place like this. I don’t really want to hand out my credit card information to a company that I’m not even sure exists and if they do are probably practicing illegal activities. However, I really, really want Judging Amy on DVD. If anyone has ordered from one of these sites, please let me know what your experience was.

Technically, there is nothing legal about buying tv shows like this.
However, if you must, try and use a site that takes payment by Paypal or another trusted site like that. If something goes wrong, then you have a way of either getting your money back or getting your DVD.
