What is your opinion of Cadbury's gorilla advert?!
Question: Clever - achieved what it set out to do - has no relevance to the chocolate BUT everyone was/is talking about it and the Cadbury chocloate is automatically in the forefront of everyones mind. Hence, when they go shopping or to the local shop - Cadbury springs straight out at you.

I think they just thought, ok what is the most bizarre thing you can think of and came up with the advert. It's ok I suppose.

Brilliant, my kids love it. It acheived its purpose, even now we are still asking questions about it. I'm sure it must have some hidden meaning, but because i don't know what I can enjoy it's simplicity.
it's amazing what these animal trainer's can do but don't understand what phil collins has to do with chocolate tho?
it was good at first, but like after the hundredth time (may be exaggerating) the advert does get quite irritating

Seriously though, It's kind of pointless but as Charlie pointed out in the new version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, "candy doesn't have to have a point".
I liked the full length version but now they are showing the first few seconds with no music which really is pointless, regardless of what charlie says.
