Question: I am planning to have a sweet 16 partay at the beach, not sure if this is the best place to do it??
And if it is, what is a cheap inexpensive way to get there?
we live an hour away from the beach and a limo for 15 people is wayyy expensive, over 600 dollars

Rent a van, its not as glamorous but more budget conscience. they're your friends, just put on some music and take your mind off the fact your in a van:-)

if it is a public beach you need a permit which can get expensive. i weant to this raging party on the beach and if you have the money it is sooo worth it. Thats all i got im a guy so i go to parties a rarely throw them
