Recomend a good movie or book to me?!
Question: For movies I like movies about pre-1700s England (love King Arthur movies, etc.), The Lord of the Rings, the Wives of Henry VIII, Excalibur, Monty Python, The Princess Bride, Harry Potter, Perfume, etc
As far as books go I have read and liked "The 5 People YOu meet In Heaven", "Memoirs of a Geisha", ALL oh Philipa Gregory's books on Henry VIII, The Lord of the Rings trilogy......anything historical fiction or Tolkien-esque.
So, based on this info, what book or movie would you recomend to me this weekend?

I recommend you to read the books of the scottish novelist Robert Louis Stevenson ( Kidnapped, Treasure Island....). The action leads back in times when english and scottish were fighting for autority in Lowlands- mostly in Kidnapped
R.L.Stevenson is often noticed for the depth of psychological insight found in his work.
