Question: because you live in the big city, and they couldn't compete with the big chain stores. but, you'll find most small towns in ranching areas have them. we have two where i live, and you can't beat the price or quality.

We've got one where I live.
It is more convenient to go to a store where you can get all kinds of food at the same time rather than to go to a place where you just buy meat and still have to go to the other store to buy the rest of your groceries.
