Anyone been to Murder Mystery weekend?!
Question: I am going this weekend, but I don't know what to expect but have been told that we will get a letter about which character we have to play (could even be the murderer). Anyone know about this.

Yes. It is a great time. it is fun whether you go with a lot of people you know, or if you don't know anyone else.
When you arrive, check-in you are presented a letter, explaining your character, and all info about him/her. Then you bring the character to life and out yur spin on him/her.

Nope but it always sounded fun. HAVE A BLAST! It would be fun to be the murderer, wouldn't it? Get really into it and you'll get the most out of it.
No, somehow that frightens me. Like some twisted wacko would show up and start really killing people.
I went to a murder myster dinner. It was so much fun! I'm sure the weekend will be even better. Enjoy!
yh its great fun - you will be told what character you are and can dress up
yep, been to several - the last one was the best - we had a touring company doing the dialogue and the company interacted with all the guests. It was a 1920s theme and I went as Veneitia Blind and my husband as No Sh1t Sherlock.
With the surroundings and the people, who did bother to dress to the theme, it was a bloody fantastic weekend.
