How could anyone eat 12 sausages and not expect to feel queasy? You should read all the other crap that is in them like sodium and nitrates/nitrites. They are really bad for you just eating one. My brother is big on eating nothing but hot dogs and lunch meat. He will rarely eat any other types of meat. He developed colon cancer, and nitrites, and nitrates have been linked to cancer.
what you need now is a 1/4lb hot dog wrapped in bacon served on a buttered bun. trust me. you will feel better in no time.

no one rule dont eat sausages iwent to visit a factory when studing biology and stopped eating them for two years if you have to eat them grill them well as thy have a very high fat content i prefer to roast them on the barbequ bon apatet
