Tough question!
Both over-came death, though Gandalf had to fight for it, Harry just had a talk with Dumbledore. However the big dragon-y fire creature was what caused Gandalfs death and Harry has defeated dragons before.
So I would say they are evenly matched.
Harry is younger though and so would last longer making him the ultimate victor.

Harry isn't even on the same power level as Gandalf. Gandalf has age, knowledge and experience. So I'd say Gandalf would definately win.
