Is anyone familiar with Family Guy?!
Question: A few weeks ago in gym class, I was sitting on the bleachers, and there were a load of guys sitting behind me. They were talking about about "all that girls are good for." I was beginning to get annoyed, but all I could do at the time was glare over my shoulder every few minutes.
I had a conversation with one of them after a few minutes.
The guy sitting behind me said, "Girls are good for staring at when you talk to them."
I turned around and said "What??"
The guys around him all started laughing, but he just stared at me because he couldn't figure out what was going on. After a minute, he said, "I got it from Family Guy!"

The original was a boob joke - but it doesn't matter as they were purposely winding you up for a reaction with that conversation.

LOL yes it is. But it went a bit differently. The joke went, "Why do women have boobs?" .... "So that you have something to look at when talking to them."

Dosent sound like its from family guy and ive seen like every episode and ive never heard anyone say that.

it was boobs, not girls, but yes there was an episode where Peter the father had to go to sensitivity class and he came back acting like a woman and his wife didn't like it. She wanted him to go back to being chauvinist.

I think it's "boob are good for when you're talking to a girl because they give you something to stare at" or something along those lines. yeah i'm pretty sure that's from family guy. haha i've seen a lot of episodes and that line sounds familiar
I'm not sure i watch it a lot..either way just kick them in the balls.
yes. stewy was hanging out w/ the cheerleaders from meg's school. it was actually a funny episode. if you aren't familiar w/ the show it's on sun. @9pmon fox and also on tbs for the re-runs.
Maybe it's just an excuse, but Family Guy would probably have something in there like that.

Honestly, I have no Idea. But chances are -- it is. Guys are obsessed with family guy. Except for me. I think its obnoxious. But yeah, that is something I can see coming from family guy.
I watch family guy sometimes but, I don't remember hearing that. So, it is posibble. Hopefully (for your sake) a real family guy fan will save the day. I think that is rude what those guys were doing behind your back though. HOW RUDE!!!

most likely, it sounds like the kind of frat humor that is mostly what the show is about. family guy is fairly old but its a goodie.

in that episode he told the joke to a girl at his work... and she reported him and he had to go to a womens retreat. then when he got home he acted like a women. he even tried to breat feed stewie... haha it was quite a good episode!
