I don't know what I would do, but I can tell you what his relatives did!

Adolf Hitler had one nephew, William Patrick.

He was in the USA when World War II broke out, and stayed there. He applied to President Roosevelt for special permission to fight in the US Navy against his uncle, and did indeed so fight. He died in 1987.

He had four sons, Alexander, Louis, Howard and Brian.

Howard was killed in a car crash in 1989.

Louis, Howard and Brian have, according to a documentary made by the History Channel, entered into a pact that none of them would ever have children, thus ending the line of the Hitlers.

keep it to myself.

nothing. he's dead so why worry. all of us could have vile and nasty people as ancestors. It doesn't mean we have to be the same

Would not tell many people, and would sell stock I owned in any gas companies.

Keep it quiet and be ashamed of being a relative of Adolf Hitler.

Give my jackboots a quick polish I suppose.

I would probably never tell a soul and take my secret to the grave - dont think I could ever live with other ppl knowing. And I would probably be very unhappy

forget about it

probably throw up!

go into hiding.(not china)

Change my name and stay away from people who know of this.

I would also feel cursed, that 1,000,000 Jewish souls haunt my bloodline.

Making me ultra religous!

would not even mention the ..............would not want to res. you speak it sometime and it......

It would not bother me one little bit , we have to stop living in the past.

Nothing. You cannot choose your relatives.

It might bother me at first but I would remember that what I do in life does not have to be as evil as him.And whom are relatives are does not reflect our own personality.

Claim his personal effects, sell them and make a bundle.

nothing special. He's dead after all, so why worry? I'd just forget about it or do something crazy like go into hiding or change my name. LOL

I know a girl who is a direct descendant of a prominent Nazi (I forget which).

She really plays it up and it makes a great topic for conversation!

Trim my moustache and part my hair then take over this government and kick all the illegal immigrants out of MY country.

Well I wouln't be able to do anything about it,would I. I was related through marriage to a paedophile and that fills me with such revulsion, I cannot begin to tell you. It wasn't me though, so whilst I certainly would not be proud to have him in the family, I wouldn't feel shame either. I never met him and if I had done, I would have refused to be in the same room or ever speak to him. I am me and am only responsible for my own actions.

Hitler would be rolling in his grave knowing my grandmothers were Jewish and Polish, I'm fairly liberal, and I hate fascists.

I probably would'nt br too bothered, but I do have a fork that was supposedly taken from his bunker in Berlin (left to me by my grandfather).
Maybe Adolf even ate from it, who knows?

Nothing. You know the female Chancellor of Germany is said to be Hitler's daughter through artificial insemination.

I would ignore it.
