I don't think you'll be able to get away with that unless all your neighbors are gone for the weekend, or at least that night. If you want to have that kind of a party and not have the cops called on you, and they happen to be home that weekend, invite those neighbors to join in on the festivities, you might make some new friends...be safe while having fun!
Invite the neighbors. If they don't want to come then let them know the hours of the party. Ask them to bring a dish!
