Helio Ocean CELL PHONE problem.....Speed dial not working right!?!

Question: t doesn't seem to be working right. For example, I edited my contact list so that the numbers 2-5 will speed dial specific people. BUT when I press "5" to speed dial my 5th person, it will instead bring up any contact with the letters "j, k, & l" since those are the letters designated to that number on the key panel.

Basically my question is HOW do I get it to just speed dial number 5 instead of referring to the letters??
