My upstairs lights keep tripping how do i fix them?!
Question: why are the lights tripping? have you changed anything to the electrical? or have they all of a sudden just tripped.
if that is the case, probably the breaker is bad.
if you changed the electrical, sounds like that new addition is drawing too much current/electricity, and as a safety measure, the breaker has to trip to prevent your house from burning down to the ground.
....other considerations are that there might be a loose wire somewhere, and the wire is shorting. if you have aluminum wires in your house installed in the past several decade or so, that might be a concern leading to lights to flicker, but not actually trip.

ohm it out and make sure that it is not shorted to ground
