tickets go on sale on the 12th so next saturday and you can order tickets at this website www.livenation.com when they go on sale

They're already on sale. They have been for a couple months now. You can try going to the place where the concert is going to be held, and ask if they're selling tickits there. If not, ask if they know where. But, by now the tickits are most likely sold out.
