There is a really cool CD called 'Goddess' by David Hicken on iTunes. It's BEAUTIFUL.
Meditation music......there's lots on itunes. It doesn't have distracting lyrics or beats. Puts me right out.

Something you enjoy but not too much otherwise you'll stay awake waiting for your favourite song or whatever. Personally i sleep best to metal or rock and nature noise cds or whatever drive me frickin nuts. 'Air' is actually pretty good music....
