My 13th is on June 21st I really would like to have a party that people will remember.
I would like to invite lots of people Boys and girls.

Weelll, my 13th birthday is on July 12th. I might have a skating party with my friends and everyone. So your parents could maybe rent out a skating rink for the day.
Also you could have a party are your place and then after have all your girl friends stay for a sleepover. You're never too old for a sleepover:].
have a pool party
sounds silly, but it might be fun. Have a skate party at the roller rink, or go to Dave & Busters, it's like a Chuck E Cheese for adults
a big pool party is always loved... on the other hand i am going up skiiing with my 2 bestest friedns 4 my 13th
i had a mall hunt. =]
me and 10 of my friends went to the mall with a set of clues that led to different things in the mall, like for American Eagle the clue was "you'll fly high in the usa" or something like tht. then we went out to eat at my fave resturant.
